Rui Nagata is a high school student who works part-time at Wagnaria, a family restaurant. She is a cheerful and optimistic girl who is always willing to help out her co-workers. She is also very close to her friends, especially Souta Takanashi and Inami Mahiru. Rui has a very outgoing personality and is not afraid to speak her mind. She is also very quick-witted and can often come up with witty comebacks. However, she can also be very stubborn and headstrong at times. Rui is a very hard worker and is always willing to go the extra mile for her job. She is also very dedicated to her friends and family. She is a kind and caring person who always puts others before herself. Rui is a very well-rounded character who is both funny and heartwarming. She is a great addition to the cast of Working!! and is sure to make you laugh with her antics.
